Our laboratory acknowledges and respects the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Xʷsepsəm/Esquimalt) Peoples, on whose territory the university stands,  and the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
